The minimum order for domestic shipments is $50.00. Any order under $50.00 will have an additional $5.00 service charge added.
All products are priced without installation costs included. All products purchased for installation by UDS Accessible Home Modifications will need an installation quote to be approved before the home modification project can begin. Call 1-888-428-0240 to request an installation quote for any of the products on this website.
Due to the nature of these products, we are generally unable to accept returns. Call Customer Support and they will determine whether a return can be accepted. If accepted, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and be given further instructions.
Product damaged by misuse or abuse will not be accepted for return.
A 25% restocking fee is charged on all returned products.

Carefully pack the product(s) using original packaging materials, if possible. Enclose the original packing list or a letter with details, contact information, i.e., name, address & daytime phone number, online order number, email address.
All product(s) must be returned shipping charges prepaid. C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted and will be refused.
Send return to the address given to you with your Return Authorization Number.
If you are due a refund and your purchase was made using a credit card, that card will be issued a refund that will appear on your credit card billing statement.
If any package and/or its contents appears to be damaged, contact the carrier office closest to you immediately. Request that a service representative review your claim and inspect the package. Do not return the package to us — you might lose the right to file a claim! If you need assistance, please call 1-888-428-0240. Keep all cartons and packing materials.
Many items carry a manufacturer warranty. Reference to the warranty is listed within the product details on our website.
Registering an account on the UDS eStore site will offer efficiencies in ordering, as well as the ability to come back and log in to see past orders and their status.
If you are a contractor, and you have registered an account on the UDS eStore, go to the My Account section and request Contractor Status. UDS will review all Contractor requests promptly and if accepted, your account status will provide you with added benefits.
After submitting your order, you will see an Order Confirmation page on your screen. We suggest printing this page for your records. In addition, an Order Confirmation email will be sent to the email address you supplied at Checkout.
Once your order has shipped, a Shipment Confirmation email will be sent to you at the address you supplied at Checkout.
